Im wanting to take MDMA 3 times in a month?. i took about half a g last week wich was very intense (to much i have a better time with less) but i barely got a comedown as i dont tend to get them becuase iv only rolled 3 times in my life. i only want to take a low dose this week not to get me rolling but to still have a good time on it i will be takin about 80mg, then i wont take anything the week after then the week after that i want to roll a little harder about 100mg or a bit more. is that alright for me to do as i wont be rolling to hard?. im aware that taking it 3 times in a month is bad but its going to consist of 1 big dose and 1 small dose and 1 even smaller dose

Well, obviously the lower the dose the less serotonin you're releasing and the less potential damage is caused. So yes you probably could. That's not to say it's a good idea, the serotonin system is fragile and not worth regularly messing with.

You can do just about anything you want..that doesn't mean you should. 80mg wouldn't do much at all, just skip it.

Maybe not for you, but my friend's gf was blasted on 90mg and I've enjoyed 80mg doses. Not everyone is the same.

Don't forget that your tolerance is going to go up with each dose, so you may not get the effects you want from the second and third doses.

Depends on the frequency. MDMA's neurotoxic potential is directly correlated to the dose so yeah, lower doses are always safer in that regard and there's also a range of non-neurotoxic doses(albiet, very narrow). It's unknown what dose is neurotoxic in humans, but it's safe to assume 60mg isn't causing any damage(or causes very very little damage).

With that said, taking 60mg every week or several times a week will create tolerance and before long you'll be raising the dose to get the effects you want and cross over the neurotoxic threshold(and will still put you at risk of serotonin depletion and receptor downregulation - it's a very sensitive system after all). On the other hand, taking 60mg once a month isn't likely to cause any long-term issues.

Hope this answers your question :)
