can i take hydros today if i took valium two days ago?

i am asking because i know that Valium has a long half life. and im very positive that its not fully outta my system yet. i was just wondering if its safe to take like 7.5 mg hydro/500 apap if i took 15mg Valium two days ago.

i have lots of pain from a car accident and want to take my medication i just worry about od.and how long the half life of Valium (diazepam) is.40-100 hours or so.

There is nothing inherently deadly about mixing opiates and benzos. You just have to be careful and recognize that they both contribute to CNS depression and their effects will add together. You don't mention what sort of tolerance you have to either of these drugs and that comes into play as well.
 
There won't be a problem, amapola is right, you just have to aware of the risks.
