I really need to get some sleep. I smoked crystal for 2 days and i don't feel speedy at all anymore but my mind is just wide awake.

I took a 10 mg diazapem (Valium) a little over an hour ago and I felt drowsy and loopy and almost fell asleep until my dog who is in heat decides to jump on my bed and cause a ruckus with my male dog who sleeps with me and now im wide awake again and I don't even feel the loopy heaviness of the Valium anymore as if it's worn off which is impossible.

I have a .5 mg zolpidem (ambien) would it be safe to take this as well to be able to fall asleep. Online it says the combination has a moderate risk only because it can cause dizziness and black outs and bad decision making but I'm not trying to stay up and get high off of it im just going to sleep. But i dont know if the meth in my system makes the combination dangerous somehow?

I've combined alprazolam and zolpidem on countess occassions after dexedrine binges and it rarely fails me. In my experience, the dosages have to be just right or else I find myself blacking out. With a 10mg diazepam and 5mg zolpidem, you don't run much of a risk of blacking out; in fact, for me, that wouldn't dent my comedown/insomnia. I find myself dosing 4mg alprazolam every 1-2 hours until I begin to get sleepy, then dose 1050mg carisoprodol, 8mg buprenorphine, and 3 zolpidem CR (12.5). I get in bed before taking everything after the alprazolam just to be safe. This may seem like overkill to many BLers, but I'm a highly sensitive person so I experience horrific crashes. I try to avoid amps due to my inability to cope when the effects wear off, but I'm studyin for the GRE right now so it is unavoidable. Take as little of whatever comedown aid(s) you have to get the job done; for me, it takes a lot, but I hope you can get back by with a lot less. Good luck, make good choices, and stay safe.

Yes, they are not in the same family of drugs…. Valium though will work best for your situation as it's a cns depressant effective for stimulant comedown.
