can i take Apo-naproxen 500mg and use lipoderm cream while taking hydromorphone?

sorry if this is dumb but just wanted to make sure, messed my neck up and just looking for some relief, i take the hydromorphone roughly 2x a day 4mg

diclofenacl 2%
lidocaine 2%
methonol 2%
