can i take a bit of valium like 1/3 0.25mg or 0.5mg ativan 8 hours after 2mg hydromorphone (orally)?

either experiencing benzo withdrawal or just having extreme panic from the opiates. i overdid the hydromorphone last night and didn’t really sleep well. i don’t plan on using more hydro at all and definitely trying to lay off of the benzos but this is hell right now
