Can i supplement something household for meth to shoot? Im jonsed bad

Please help. Any medication in the bathroom cabinet I can shoot to take this craving away? I'm out and jonsed hard and no way to get any and coming down .
 
No. If you need to go through a crash the worst will be over in 2-3 days depending on how often you were hitting it and how many times you’ve crasjed before. They get less traumatic over time but the first one is a monster.

There are many many threads here with solid advice on how to get through this is painlessly as possible - and you can find moral support and encouragement here 24/7 if you want it.

The only psychoactive substances you should even consider taking for the next few days are benzos (ideally diazepam) and/or a sedating anti-psychotic (ideally seroquel). You do not need big doses of either by the way - no matter how bad you feel.

There are also good foods and supplements that can help. I’m no expert on them but others will hopefully comment. Number one thing though is to remain constantly hydrated.

THIS x10. It dehydrates you like crazy. I get the stuff with electrolytes as well. Eating anything seems to help me (healthy-ish).

The only good substitutes for it imo are cigarettes and caffeine.

Just hang in there and go through it.

I think that's what the original makers of meth said at first too. I think they might have been a little more brave then us tho cause I think they threw in battery acid and rat piss too

and exercise. Exercise stimulates the production and regulation of the neurotransmitters you have been manipulating and loosing. Please consider adding regular exercise to your life. Exercise will make your highs better, sustainable and enhance your mental and physical health. Doesn't need to be much. Also please take a quality multivitamin daily.. you will never regret this. simple easy things can have profound impacts.
