190 mg adderall total over the last 24 hours
i feel like shit and just want to hit the bong to bring me down a little

I see no issue in smoking weed after an amphetamine binge... you might get anxious though
 
Surprise Surprise, 190mg makes a person feel like shit. No offense but this is one of those, "somebody call the media!" type situations.

Yes, you'll be fine to use cannabis to try and calm down but in the future, don't take moronic doses of shitty ass adderall and expect not to feel like complete shit at some or all points of that experience.

I'd recommend a potent indica.
