RCs Can i smoke from this xd

Huh... what is that? I guess you could use it as a straw to smoke out of foil? I doubt you could put a substance in there to heat it up with out just sucking the substance into your mouth.
 
Is this glass? I could maybe see a small amount of opium smoked in this
