Can i safely take oxycodone 24 hours after using 1 mg of rivotril?

I know Rivotril has a long half life 30-40 hours. So my question is, that if i took 1mg of rivotril yesterday. Would i be safe to use oxycodone today? Simply asking for HR.

I have a tolerance of about 60 mg. I do not have any benzo tolerance.

You should be ok if you're not really feeling or behaving like the benzo is still hitting hard. You could start with 30-40mg to be safer. Then in you aren't feeling any more sedated on 30mg than you would without the benzo, after an hour you should be safe to take more.
1mg clonazepam is around 10mg diazepam so not a super high dose by any means.
