Here ist the secret on this but of course will be different for everyone. This is assuming your not doing other drugs on a regular basis and have a balanced diet. You can pull this off once every 2 weeks:
Week leading up to roll:
(All
3 x 1 - 100mg 5htp per day
1 x 1 -premium R-alpha lipoic acid 250 mg per day
1 x 1 multi/ultimate anti oxidant supplement veggie cap
1 x 10mg melatonin 3 hours before bed
Day of roll:
All the above plus below, one hour before roll on an empty stomach:
300mg of 5htp
600 mg of magnesium citrate
2000mg of vitamin c
When your roll comes to an end (and there's always that ment where you realize in disbelief that its over) take:
- 2000mg of vitamin c
- 400 mg of 5htp
Waiting 30 mins and then take 1.5 to 2 times the dose you took when you first rolled.
This hasn't failed "yet" and results in a just as good roll as the first.
