    Welcome Guest!

Can i please stop my Gurn? ive searched but people are saying magnesium dont work

im a bit spotty cos of it,
but seriously lmfao, i roll so hard its unbelieveable,(well its believeable after you see what i eat before)

Lets see...

You would have to be eating very big bars of chocolate to reach 1kg in seven days.
That works out to about 5 oz. of chocolate per day.
Assuming 9grams of fat per ounce, you are consuming a ridiculous 45g of FAT per day.
Every day.

For seven days consecutively.

And lets not mention the fact that much of this is saturated fat.
Oh, and probably 17g of carbs per ounce.
That's 85g of SUGAR per day.

By the end of the week you have eaten a whopping 315g of fat and 595g of sugar!
But the health benefits of chocolate outweigh those right? :D

The 85% stuff is probably lower in sugar, but higher in fat.
Either way - you are going WAY too far with the chocolate.

You wanted to find out what is causing your jaw to lock WIDE open.
I would start by eliminating any ODD or exceptional behaviors...

Nobody needs this level of sugar and fat supplementation, not unless everything else they eat is a PLANT.
Yes, dark chocolate contains anti-oxidants.
Try eating raw cocoa without all the fat!
Just put it in capsules.

I always recommend a high protein and fiber diet leading up to rolling.
High carb intake, esp. combined with saturated fat, is going to increase the serotonin activity in a unwanted way. Your intestines need to be functioning properly, not stressed by the super sludge you have built up.
I can only imagine the body load you get from it!

Can you imagine eating a kg of ANY other candy to improve a roll?
It just doesn't make sense.

Let us know how the next one goes.

And 30-40 days is not optimal - it is the minimum.
MDMA deactivates the enzyme your body uses to synthesize more serotonin - TPH.
It takes at LEAST a month, but up to three months to replenish TPH.

Ideally a person should not roll more than 3-4 times per year.
With your spacing, you could roll 12 times per year.
I was only able to roll about 12 times before I suffered severe consequences.
Of course I didn't follow the "NO re-dosing" rule.
This is a very big factor.

You could still develop 'tolerance' issues, otherwise known as deteriorating serotonin function.
And sometimes the consequences of doing it too often don't really show up until after you stop.

Can you aim for 60 days at least?
That should be enough for a person smart enough to avoid re-dosing.

id love to aim for the 60 day mark,

I might do it,
but i love going to raves and its a bit tiring being the ketamong, not on the same level as other people.

Ive seemed to have gotten away with dosing every month with no negatives so far,
What about if one month i did 150mg capsule, then the next one i only did like, 80mg?
I really felt 80mg,

I guess eating allllllll that chocolate isnt good for me ! Lol i really enjoy it though its like an addiction,
its not abnormal for me to go in asda and buy 20 100g dark chocolate bars, at £0.30 each , say once or twice a month.

Ive always thought about the capsule idea,

FirstBadComedown, i wish to not get one of those,
so maybe ill try and aim for 60 days,

the chocolate addiction though.. i have a problem with that i cant stop eating it,
Lol.

Ive rolled about 10 times now i think,
But im not even noticing a lesser effect, In fact, that 80mg was very loved up and strong ,
In comparison to my friends it was like them doing twice as much,

150mg sends me into space, a magical psychoactive dream

You want Magnesium Citrate.

Well i'll give an update on my 'mad gurning'

I started to eat red skinned peanuts , regularly in my diet.
From the exact same 150mg dose, i did not get that crazy Mouth wide open Locked jaw thing.

I just got this jaw shiver, which was fine, so much better than the embarrassment of huge jawlock face lol.

So from my experience, Eating red skinned peanuts in my diet has stopped my gurning dramatically

Yeahh i dont get the chewing my face off anymore,
its just this nice shiver lol, it goes with the flow of the euphoria

But i know what you mean about the funny noises lol

The claimed muscle relaxant effects of magnesium has very little scientific evidence to back it up.

if you have low Mg levels then some hypertension can result. This does not mean that someone with adequate Mg in their diet will get relaxant effects from taking even more. The alternative health world is very much self-feeding and these "truths" get passed on from person to person to website to website with little critical analysis. Try searching Google Scholar for evidence that it is or is not a muscle relaxant. I did and I cannot find anything other than its effects on smooth muscle, which is not relevant to jaw or other skeletal muscles.
