I took 40mg of adderall this morning at around 12 am, I did not know I was going to get a free roxy as soon as I got off of work it's now almost 11 am if I do the roxy now will I get that opiate high? Or since i'm still feeling the adderall just a little bit will it not be as good as it could be...should I wait? and if I should how long?

Mixing stimulants with depressants doesn't make your heart all the sudden jump way up and then way down. If anything, the depressants will keep you from having a heart attack on the stimulants and vice versa. Still though, I can't imagine this would be great to do all the time, although spec ops in the military does this a lot.

Have mixed the two many times, I try to wait as long as I can after adderall dose for the roxy but sometimes I cant wait. I prefer opiates over stims any day of the week.
