Can I IV Dilaudid again?

Last week I IVd Dilaudid, I tried to get 2 mg but I couldnt get all of it to dissolve, so it was more like 1.25 mg. I was underwhelmed. Last night, I tried to do it, but the needle came out and sprayed the solution all over the place. Then, I tried to do it again, but I got scared and didn't do it all. I was underwhelmed. I'm really pissed, because I've wasted a bunch of pills and I still haven't done it right. Now, I have just enough to try it one more time, and I want try to do it. Last time, I waited a week to try it again, and I don't want to wait again, because the solution is pre-prepared in the syringe, and I've heard if you wait, it losses potency. and I have no way to get Dillys again. I also had a low dosage Tylenol 3 today. So, can I just try this one more time tonight without worrying about addiction.

I suggest that you prepare the shot like you normally would, but then you screw the needle off. Then lay on your side, apply some sort of lubricant to the end of the syringe, and ease past your anus into your rectum. Usually around two inches is fine. Then you sloooowly press the plunger over ten seconds or so.

You don't need to be fucking around with needles, and whoever told you IV is the only way to enjoy hydromorphone doesn't know what they are talking about. Plugging, like explained above, has pretty much the same bioavailability as IV, with a similar onset time, and a better duration of effects.

Yeah dude, the codeine wont cause any problems. Just remember that you should dose as if it were an IV shot.

You won't get any physical dependence problems unless you have been addicted for a while in the past.
