Opioids can I IM Morphine Sulfate 15mg SR pills?

First of all, I am a heroin addict, I had switch from IV to smoking about a year ago because I ran out of veins. Even when I go to the hospital they have to use a ultra sound to find veins, even then they usually fail and have to go directly into my bone. But I came across a few 15mg pills and wondered if I can IM them and would I even feel it since I do dope daily(atleast half G daily)? And to cook them do I just put them in a spoon with 1c of water, boil and use cotton to filter and go? or what.. Thanks. And if your going to say it unhealthy and that its, I know...drugs are unhealthy. thanks again.

IV pills through micron filter: risky
IV pills through q tip : bad
IV pills through q tip with boiling : might as well throw some big chunks of glue in there to float around your system
IM pills through q tip with boiling : goodbye left arm, possibly life


IM-ing pills is a sure way to get an abcess, and even If you ignore that, please, please never ever heat pills !!! Morphine and basically all other opiates are water soluble, so the only thing you will achieve by cooking pills is extra filler and poison in your heart, lungs, veins, brain, etc
 
Right on, I never fucked with pills, just went straight to IV h. I mean, everyone shuns IMing everything, I read about people saying IMing H is terrible and swear/live by saying do not do it. And yes, it fucks your body up, I have extreme scar tissue build up, but I have never had an abscess and I do it multiple times daily, then smoke afterwords so I dont know what advice to take. Im just looking for, instant, immediate side effects. I already went ahead and smoked them off foil, I just have had doctors IM me with morphine at the hospital and wonder what is the difference between that and breaking down the pill in a spoon and IMing it, other then you will get microscopic bits of filler and other particles in there? Yes you risk the chance of abscess but how risky of a chance is that as far as compared to Dope? Im basically asking is Morphine Muscle soluble if I break it down and IM it? If so, if I filter it correctly there is the same risk as IMing anything else correct?

The morphine you had IM wasnt from a pill. IM'ing anything is something that should be avoided unless its in sealed vials meant for it but with pills it shouldnt even be considered, you'd be better off poking around untill you could find a vein somewhere. You cant filter it properly ( even with a micron filter its a bad idea but much better than using cotton) and like others have said you should never apply heat when shooting pills whether IV or IM. Obviously noone can make your mind up for you, but especially if you only have cotton to filter with you shouldnt do it.

To anyone who knows, would skin popping it be any better?
 
don't skin pop morphine. If you desire to shoot it, but can't IV, break the needle off and plug it. Don't IM it, don't SC it. Don't even try to IV it.
