Can I go to the gym the day after rolling?

I'm taking .32 grams Sunday night. If I have the energy to go to the gym can I go? Or should I let my body rest/recover
 
Might I suggest rethinking your dosage?

.32 g is quite a bit. . .



Ok, as for the gym thing. . . I'd suggest a rest and recoup day.
 
I like to go do cardio, but only after getting sleep. I find it makes me sweat easier, but it's probably a good thing since sweat removes toxins and gets the recovery process jump-started.

And .32 is a fuckton unless it's AT LEAST 50% cut...
 
I did heavy squats once after a night of rolling with 0 sleep.

I honestly believe it's about how dedicated you are. I felt like I was going to either throw up or pass out my entire work out.
 
Working out after rolling can be good for you. Just dont lift too heavy. 75% of your usual lifts and do a short 40 minute routine - go home - eat - rest
 
I think cardio should be beneficial after a roll, probably far safer and better than anti-oxidant supplements too, just don't over-exert yourself.
 
If I took .32 of MDMA one night then the last thing on my mind the day after would be working out.

Set / setting plays such an important part on your experience so why not wait until you have nothing to do the following day? Dropping a dose whilst thinking - ' I have to be down for the gym' simply spoils your experience (IMHO).
 
I go to the gym everyday of my life. I roll once a month on average. The day after rolling I do go to the gym but I do a modified version of my normal workout; less intense.
 
I almost always go on a long walk with my wife the day after, usually 1-2 hours. I find that doing some exercise makes the 3 or 4 days after the roll a lot more bearable. If it’s cold then I will go hit the exercise bike for 20-30 mins, I’m usually a little spaced out the next day so I don’t like using a treadmill, paranoid I will trip over myself.

You could do this, I mean i just walk my dog usually. A good 3 miles
 
The day after is actually part of the experience, if you ask me. Lolling around with most of the people you rolled with the night before is great fun. Light meals, lots of juices and coffee and water, maybe a few sinful things you wouldn't otherwise choose to eat. That's about all I would advise attempting.

After giving it a day off, then hit the gym (if that's your exercise thing). Me, I just go for a nice long run. But not on Sunday. Like Monday at the earliest.
 
on the morning after mdma, i wouldnt think of weightlifting instead i just sit around and do ket at some afterparty usually lol
 
LOL nobody trains to make excuses. Get your ass under the fucking bar and squat till you puke.
 
Exercise is a great idea because it release STEM cells in the brain and BDNF which increases the plasticity of serotonin axons.
And increasing your metabolism will aid in the removal of the nasty metabolites of MDMA which can take up to a WEEK to leave on their own.
