Can I get high with this syrup?

Well it says right on there that it does have 10mg of codeine in it per every 5mL of syrup.

Well, you asked if you could get high on it, not how much it would take to do so.
As for how much it would take, you gave no information about your tolerance and experience level, or even your body weight for someone who is opiate-naive.
Have you done opiates before? Do you have a tolerance to them at all? If so, what kind of tolerance do you have?

You will have a nasty episode of hypertension due to the pseudoephedrine in the syrup...

Not necessarily. That's really why I was asking about his tolerance to opiates. If he has no tolerance, or is maybe even completely opiate-naive, then he could get away with taking maybe a double dose of the syrup, getting a nice buzz, and getting away with the other active ingredients not affecting him negatively.
Any sort of tolerance though, and it's not worth it. You'd have to swallow too much of the syrup, to get the effects from the codeine, to make it safe.

It all totally depends on the person. The OP definitely didn't give enough information for us to be able to tell him anything for certain, though. It doesn't really seem like he cares anyway. I don't think he's even looked back in on this to see if anybody had any warnings or anything. If you don't even know how much of something you need to take to get high, you should probably wait until at least a couple of people give you their opinions or experiences before you go for it.... Especially when he wasn't able to turn anything up during his research.

It's situations like that where somebody could end up OD if they are unlucky enough. You can't just pay attention to the ingredient that will get you high. You have to pay attention to everything that can take any effect on your body. I wish the OP the best of luck...
