I am trying to take some norco today but last night I took 15 mg of Methadone (first time taking methadone in a few months), and I heard that it can block any other opiate high? I usually take around 100 mg of Hydrocodone (10 norco) for a decent high. I'm wondering if I will get any hydrocodone effects if I take around ten Norco about 16 hours after I took the Methadone? If so, will the hydrocodone effects not be as strong? Please give me experienced or educated answers! I don't know much about Methadone, so detailed answers would be very helpful! Thanks.

methadone aint no suboxone. if 100mg of hydrocodone usually gets you high, it still will. especially from such a low dose of methadone.

If you are asking whether or not the methadone will block the effects of the hydrocodone then the answer is definitely not. Not at a dose of 15 mg which you took the night before and was the first time in months. You'll be fine and you will feel the hydrocodone without any problems.

Methadone begins to block the effects of any and all opioids once you reach doses in excess of 50 mg (for some even less). The OP will obviously feel his hydrocodone because he had only taken 15 mg of methadone the night before, but methadone DOES block the effects of opioids once you reach a certain dose.

all i'm saying is that it isn't like suboxone which will block it at almost any dosage for opiate dependance.

When I was on 150mg methadone daily I barely barely-the most minuscule ammount of a headchange is what I would get. And never able to cum when I was with my ex lol. That was lame.
Luckily I have a chronic pain condition that really is NOT that bothersome. And benzos help it IMO, It's a nueropathic pain condition (Lyrica is used sometimes-its gaba and def flows when benzos in your brain.

Bro, I would have to know how much methadone you were on to give you a prescise answer
