Can I get both scripts filled within 30 days?

So I guess my doc was in a hurry when he was doing my scripts earlier this month. He typically writes me one script for that day and another 30 days from then for Adderall. On the script that is 30 days from then he has the added instruction of "To be filled after 03/07/2012". This time he must have been in a hurry and didn't realize it but the script 30 days from then reads "To be filled after 01/07/2012" and the date he signed it is 02/06/2013. So my question is simply, can I get this filled at the same pharmacy (Sams club) or would it make a difference on going to a different pharmacy? No insurance is involved as I pay cash for every script.

I understand the 30 day law but I also know that my doctor has prescribed my next month script sometimes 2 weeks early. So I either go back to my doctor and have him write a new script or do I just see if they will fill it because even if they say no I still have to go back to my doctor and have him re-write the script again anyway.

Unfortunately we can't really answer questions about filling scripts and doctors, both for legal reasons, as well as the fact that BL is an international forum and the way pharmacies etc. work will vary widely from region to region. If you have an issue, I recommend just talking to your doctor.
