Can I fool my psychiatrist/ manipulate my blood tests for anti-psychotics?

Ideally I could just make up my own decision that I don't need these doctors services and drugs any more and just stay right where I am.

My psychiatrist said I might be able to come off my ITO and he said the reason is that he trusts that I'll continue to take the medication even if I'm off the ITO. Once he gets me off the ITO am I legally able to just stop taking the drugs and stop seeing him? Or will hey just end up reinstating the ITO?

Maybe I do need to appeal it?

I'm sure your state has a Mental Health Law Service or similar organisation.
It is probably worth contacting them for legal advice.

If memory serves you also have a right to a mental health advocate. Someone outside the medical establishment able to support and advocate your views.

Mental health hospitals in Queensland are required to display a banner explaining your rights as an involuntary inpatient, likely you can find something similar for situation.
