Bupe Can I do a tiny bit of heroin on suboxone?

I was being dumb and was doing 20+ bags of heroin a day I.V. for over a month. I just started suboxone again yesterday & I'm still very sick I just want a little relief. Would doing the scrap bags I keep for withdrawals help or hurt the situation? I've done about 24mg of suboxone in the past 24hrs.

it would definitely hurt the situation. you will still feel some withdrawal symptoms for the first few days while transitioning. definitely don't use. for one, you won't get high because sub blocks opiates. for two, it would but you back a step in your recovery. it's normal to have insane cravings while starting, but trust me don't screw this up by trying to chase a high. you will feel better in a few days, even tomorrow should be a little bit better.

Your still sick after 24mgs of suboxone????????

you sure you got suboxone that's a lot of opiates to take you should feel good no symptoms after a one time dose of that size.
how long did you wait until you took the sub? were you in full on withdrawal with absolutely no heroin in your system when you first took the sub??
if you take sub too soon after doing heroin while your still high you get put into precipitated withdrawals from the buprenorphine(the opiate in suboxone) ripping the heroin off the opiate receptors and since bupe takes some time to kick in you will be feeling real sick for about an hour then you feel a bit better after the bupe kicks in but you still don't feel right for a long time no matter how much bupe you take cause its such a shock on the human body to go from being high on opiates to completely stripped of them in a matter of seconds and go into full on bad as it can possibly get withdrawals. If you really truly are sick right now and not getting relief from the sub it could be your body doesn't process it normally or you took methadone in the past once you go on methadone switching to sub can be very difficult due to methadone's unique mechanism in the way it works in the brain and quite simply methadone is very strong if you convert mgs of methadone to mgs of heroin or suboxone the methadone is really quite potent stuff. or another thing it could be is you got ripped off and didn't actually get suboxone if buying on the streets. but if your feeling sick and have heroin tehn in theory the heroin will make you feel better cause its filling up the opiate receptors and taking away the physical symptoms.

if you actally took 24 mgs sub you wouldn't feel heroin for 3-4 days but then again if you actaully had that much you should have no symptoms that's the max dose of suboxone. I get by with 1mg a day (0.3mgs 3 times a day) fine and know many that do. maybe try the less is more thing and split your dosing up if you have a fast metabolism.

I definitely am still withdrawling pretty bad but it'd be a lot worse without the subs. I shouldn't even be complaining, I'm just thankful I can sorta sit still at the moment. I waited 24hrs to take the subs.

I'm on 8mg subs right now for 4 years of heroin addiction, I was using around half a gram of good dope a day at my worst which was really most of the 4 years. I gotta say stay away from the dope and just deal with it, you bought the ticket, took the ride, and now that it's over sure you're gonna feel ill but really don't make it worse on yourself. Just hold up and think how much better it'll be yea?

I agree with train purple haze. 24mg of sub is near the ceiling dose and u shouldn't have any wd symptoms other than a craving to be get high which is something most people on subs have. A lot of people prefer methadone for this reason as the cravings aren't quite as bad from what I've read from numerous members here. 24 mg is a shit ton of Bupe, I take 4mg to maintain until I get my script and I know even that's over doing it.
If the sub is working that poorly maybe you should think about methadone as opposed to subs to get clean...

Yea your right cliffy some people just need that extra kick methadone gives and Suboxone simply doesn't do it being a partial agonist. I know many people who were on say 16mgs of sub with no physical symptoms but they say the mental cravings were still so bad making them long for heroin like there's no tomorrow.

long answer short..... NO.

well if a person actually still feels PHYSICAL symptoms not mental, then using heroin or another opiate will help since some receptors will be open to let in more opiates. But I highly doubt after 24 mgs of suboxone there are any receptors open.
