Can fun or adrenaline bring back a high?

So last weekend I went pretty hard with a couple of buddies. We took a few kinds of drugs, so that's why I'm not narrowing this question down to 1 specific kind of high. In that night I drank about 3/4 of a Mickey of vodka, hit my first bong toke, snorted two lines of MDMA, which my friends say we're some of the speediest MDMA they have had(wish I knew before I took it :p), drank a juice mixed with quite a few T3(codeine) pills, and smoked quite a bit of nicotine out of one of those vaporizers. Anyway, after a wicked night I woke up and felt completely sober. I had breakfast and played some video games which took up 1-2 hours, then went back to my friends house. Me and the friend who I spent the night with had to double on a BMX to get to my other friends house. It was a pretty steep hill and I was sitting on the handle bars. We went through some turns and I was laughing and full of adrenaline. When we finally finished our ride and got off the bike I felt different than I had in the morning. I was noticeably high, but not too high that I couldn't control myself around my parents. I was asking one of my friends about this and the only conclusion he had was that sometimes when snorting ecstasy a chunk can get stuck in your nose and you won't end up snorting it until accidentally the next day. The reason that I'm not totally agreeing with this is because I was making sure to snort all of it, then do a few more hard sniffs after. Also I wasn't super high and I feel that since it was my first time soon ecstasy IT would be a little gnarlier. Also I just started to feel high the second I got of the bike so I feel like it had something to do with that. The only other things I could think of are that I was smoking a little bit of the nicotine vaporizer in the morning after breakfast, but I forget if it was before or after the bike ride. Also I was "high" all day after the bike ride so maybe it wasn't actually a high and more of an afterglow and I just never noticed it until I had an adrenaline boost and actually started waking up. Either way, it doesn't really matter, I'm just curious to know what was going on so if you have any idea what happened please share. Thanks.

your "speedy" mdma was probably meth. Meth has a very long high from what I've heard so you are probably still feeling it because it's still active in your system. It could also be an mdma afterglow, I've had a few of these and while they aren't full of adrenaline they do make me feel good the rest of the next day.

It was probably the after glow coupled with the scenario you created that caused a perceived increase in the "high" you felt. Its kind of like how a big stressful event can make people feel faint and stuff. I would imagine that on a depleted system, as I am assuming not enough food or sleep was involved fora full recovery, would leave you feeling faint. But if you were to take an epi-pen and inject yourself with nor-adrenaline to increase a high I would doubt it works that way. My point being it was a large number of things including that even that caused you to feel the way you did and isolating one of them would not recreate the feeling you had in that exact moment.

Well put, I understanded before the post that an Epi-pen or adrenaline injections wouldn't bring back a high, I just wasn't sure if natural joy or exhilaration would. I didn't know that there was such thing as a MDMA afterglow, but since you stated that there is I am 99% sure that's what it was. It didn't feel a lot like a high, but more of an afterglow. As falsified hypothisy suggested above that it was a continuing meth high, I don't think that that is what it was. The night before didn't feel super strong, but I haven't done meth so I wouldn't know, I'm just going off what I've heard. Plus I wasn't noticeably high in the morning when I woke up, I don't know, either way thanks a lot for the answers. Like I said before in sure it was just an after glow, but if you guys, or anyone else has any more suggestions or knowledge please do share.
