stumbled upon some 75mg effexors. taking anti depresant meds for recreation never sounded appealing to me but is there some recreational value out of these thatd be worth trying?

From my understanding Effexor is very similar to tramadol in its molecular structure, but there won't be any opioid action taking place with Effexor, so what you have is an SNRI, an anti-depressant. I advise against using anti-depressants recreationally, and they really don't have any recreational effects to offer. So, no, it can't be used recreationally.

As Alex said, it's an SNRI, not an SSRI. Absolutely zero recreational value...it actually makes me nauseous and unable to keep food down. Not worth trying, at all, whatsoever.
