Can anyone please show me a source of this often repeated Alexander Shulgin quote?

It is often quoted on Bluelight and other drug forums that Alexander Shulgin recommends 3 months between MDMA doses at an absolute minimum.

After searching all i can find is other people quoting him but not and actual source of the quote.

Theres also a new book he has released I havent found a PDF of this yet.

I have a copy of his lab notes ill put them up there also.

You could also try the "Ask Shulgin Online Stuff"

I have heard this quoted also. I actually think three months should be the absolute minimum time between roles.

Casualties are reported with more frequent use.

I dont think it will be in TIHKAL.

I've got both and have read them cover to cover although thats a while ago but i don't remember ever seeing it.

Thanks, i believe its a good idea and quote too. just never seen the source and it is quoted a lot on here.
 
The other option is you could try and email shulgin himself.

If you are going to do this can you also ask him about the doses he reports? Can you ask if the dose he quotes in the case of MDMA is MDMA molecule weight or MDMA HCL weight. I would love to know.

That would clear up quite a few dabate threads :)
 
Sasha was a nickname of Alexander Shulgin's. His wife's name is Anne. Also, he was an organic chemist, a great scientist to be sure, but really nothing that qualifies him above any other intelligent person to make a determination on how often to take MDMA. He wasn't a pharmacologist or a doctor and synthesizing it doesn't give any secret insights to its metabolism and potential harms. He didn't do any real, reproducible scientific research on those either.
