I am just wondering if a person has a tolerance to all three( gabapentin instead of Pregabalin) will it help at all or would you need large doses of all three? The ultimate non-opioid comfort combo for short term withdrawal/sleep (1week + 1week taper to min / end)
Clonidine 0.1mg - Very effective anxiolytic/sedative/calming, lowering BP & HR - reduces Norepinephrine in CNS
Diazepam 5/10mg - Long acting anxiolytic with robust muscle relaxant properties (2-3 daily) 2…..1…. 1/2
Pregabalin 150mg - Effective anxiolytic/anticonvulsant (2-4 daily as needed)
Clonidine 0.1mg will make it easier to sleep……over Valium & Lyrica combined lol ….even half a tablet would suffice 30min before bed
6’ 240lbs man ….this 3 shot combo would be a god send for opioid withdrawal (I’d even add 5mg Methadone)
Diazepam 20-30mg
Pregabalin 300mg
Clonidine 0.1mg
Never tried trazadone but I am on mirtazapine which is suppossed to be about the most sedating anti depressant.Trazadone, seraquil .
Well, everyone tolerance is differentI am just wondering if a person has a tolerance to all three( gabapentin instead of Pregabalin) will it help at all or would you need large doses of all three?
So doctors really just give you Diaz, clonidine and pregabs? Like how the fuck would you even get your hands on that (not a real question obv). Shit just makes me want to physically assault every doctor I've ever seen. I went in yesterday and told him about the diarrhea I've been having since I got off the oxy, and the fucker said "I'll give you bentyl, sounds like IBS", oh fucking does it?? These are the type of motherfuckers trump SHOULD be throwing in them el Salvador prisons. (Joke, I'm obviously against that shit)The ultimate non-opioid comfort combo for short term withdrawal/sleep (1week + 1week taper to min / end)

The use of seroquel as a sleep aid is increasingly frowned upon because of potential side effects. Restless legs would fit to that. I wonder if there is a cumulative effect between seroquels RLS and RLS from withdrawal.Never tried trazadone but I am on mirtazapine which is suppossed to be about the most sedating anti depressant.
Seraquil I always felt was a dirty feeling and almost always gabe me restless legs.
As far as meds to help sleep during h wd, my go to was always a benzo plus clonidine, also pregabalin seems to help.
What? Meth made you sleep? Was it fentanyl?Idk you tell me. I got high every day on pods and stopped about once or twice a week except a couple of times. I had cold sweats. Idk is not that bad. Meth made me sleep for days though.
Just received another gram / 1,000mg of Avizafone (Pro-Diazepam) a rapid acting, water soluble pro drug, once IM administered rapidly metabolizes into the API being 100% pure Diazepam (Valium)

Work and withdrawals are a bad combinationI went to work on opiate withdrawal and I just messed up the buttons on the elevator once
Stay away from benadryl and antihistamines during withdrawal as mentioned by a mod in another thread it will trigger horrible rls and anxiety. This actually caused me to ruin a withdrawal and relapse one time because I took a benadryl and it was crazy RLS and anxiety.
