Can Adderall or Dextro-Amphetamine be prescribed in Ireland?

Hi everyone, this is like my first blog,I'm not even sure where this will appear because I'm a newbie to this site.
It is a great place though, to increase my Cat's knowlege & party safely!

My Cat has Adhd & is perscribed:
Methylphenidate 40mg (Extended release)
Methylphenidate 5mg Ritalin (Instant release)

My Cat also has been dealing with an addiction/problem in the forms of strong Stimulant Abuse over the last 2Years
My Cat started abusing Cocaine,Amphetamine & Mephedrone for long periods of time whilst still being in School,including abusing Ritalin. My Cat continued this behaviour and has spent the last 2 years in a repetitive cycle of trying to live a smooth life inbetween being Up & Working and then crashing. So Up.Down.Up.Down.Down.Down.UpUp.Down. You get my drill?
My Cat however is a smarter more controlled Cat. He has seen the pattern,the mistakes,and now has a almost-cronic like lethargy/Fatigue every day because my Cat has overworked the Socks out of himself in terms of partying and playing.

My Cat now really trys to cut down on the Abuse,takes medications properly but is interested in finding out if Amphetamine can be easily perscribed by a Vet or Doctor? My Cat has a Physciatrist, who tried Atomoxetine & Provigil as alternative treatement methods other than Methylphenidate, but for obvious reasons, My Cat now has settled for Methylphenidate and will not switch. My Cat is curious about Adderall and those more Amphetamine LIKE stimulants that we don't really get over here. My cat feels like it's missing out. My cat wants bigger hits.
