Hi
My name is Norco and I have a friend who is very high strung, anxious all the time, always talking about her problems, negative, and drives me insane but at the same time I am her friend. I know she is going through alot and her struggle is real just like all of ours. Ive been on pain managemnt for about 3 months now. The med still usually gives me a buzz. However when my friend comes its like the buzz goes away and irritation starts and I start to hate her. We are grown adults she being in her 50s me in my 30s. I had to kick her out I felt so bad but ya know when you want that nice feeligng and someone takes it away from you what would you do???????????? Was i wrong for asking her to leave? She said she wouldn't 'call me anymore. I don't know what to do. It ruins the pain relieving qualities of norco/vicodin as well. Thannks

I don't think so. You must respect your limits - your space.
Be kindly, but honest and say that you have to do this so you can continue helping.
This is how I see it.

Welcome to blue light!
