Can A Psyc Major Help Me Out Quick?

I missed this class when they discussed this approach toward the cause of depression. Here is the question, I just need one last part answered I just don't know what to do, i tried the internet. Just shows therapy when i type in cognitive... anyways here it is

Chhose any one behavior or mental process that you want and then explain how each psychological approach would explain its cause.....then discuss how each approach would explain the mental process you chose.

I Picked Depression

Theres more to it, but I did all the other parts and the five approaches are biological, cross-cultural, psyco-dynamic, behavioural and cognitive.

I answered all of them but cognitive. Can someone answer this for me? its due tommorow I just need help with this last one

I know what CBT is cause i go to it, i just didnt know the detail of it. but i found a perfect link to what i needed. thanks though
