I still say balloons are the best way to go with packaging. with the dope in the empty pill capsule it's easy for the pill to be broken up and lots of dope ingested. with balloons, there are no wasted products if you have to swallow.

I realize you can't balloon up a those stamped bags, but I'll be damned if the old balloon trick didn't save my ass more than a few times.

Idk, I've sat in county with corner kids facing 6-30 for selling some rox/blows, its still putting somebody in jail for way more time than you, when a simple poss is 2 years tops and more likely probation if its your 1st or 2nd time.. vs class x 6-30 in IL for delivery of crack/heroin.

6-30 months is more like it, not years. For a delivery charge.. in NJ. That is so outrageous, I really don't even believe it. Sorry.

2 years MAX for a possession of CDS?? In all my years of drugs and the legal repercussions that come with it, I have never heard of such shit like that.

I know guys who were busted selling heroin/coke, got arrested, made bail, ended up on the run, got busted again for drugs and guns. And I'm talking a good amount too, among other crimes and only received a 4 year state sentence. Guys get busted ALL the time selling to undercover cops or controlled delivery charges and get sentenced to state time and are out on the streets in less than a year again. Multiple times. 6-30 years for state drug crimes, you have to be pushing kilograms and most likely those aren't "delivery" charges, but conspiracy, importing, trafficking, gang related. Nobody gets a 6 year minimum for selling a bundle of dope on the corner. Even if it's their 2nd or 3rd time.

Regarding the possession charge, I honestly don't even think you would spend more than three months in county and I'm talking about if you have exhausted the being sentenced to treatment programs approach. Nobody does 2 years for a simple possession charge. Not in NJ and not in PA (which is way worse than Jersey with their sentencing, but still nobody is doing 6 plus years for petty drug running)

Did you get charged with intent? Because if so, then that sounds about right. You went upstate right?

I got caught with way more than you did. And I plead down from a conspiracy to traffic charge and I still did no time. Not my first offense either.
 
no first time i violated drug court , did a 3 flat , that was for 3 bags and a theft charge , then i got out of prison on ISP , violated that with 44 bags , didnt get intent , same posession as the 3 bag charge, got another 3 flat and went back upstate for a year or so , altogether did 9 months first bid and a year on other bid
 
Yea those violations are what's going to keep you locked up. Especially if you are on parole and you get a new charge, the possession charges ain't shit man. You wouldn't even be doing the time on them if you didn't violate drug court or parole. Same thing happened to me. I never was sentenced to time upstate but I violated parole and they send you like nothing.
 
i think it varies day to day . Chucky is good down the street................cant say spots on here....................i sniff too. i actaully found some decent stuff down here near ac. im sick of the drive to cmd or philly , out theres ive gotten but its gas and tolls and a hour drive each way

yeah chucky definitely fell off.
bugsy's where its at right now. its definitely fire. im talkin some wall st status if not better. but fuck camden apparently there's some serial killer killin lil white girls which is why it's been so hot. i mean i got stopped 4 times in one month thats some straight nonsense, considering the first out of those 4 is the first time ever, and i been coppin there for a good 4-5 years.
 
would love to try Bugsy but aint takin that risk . there is actually Fire rite here near a.c. now . Best seller.................cant believe it . best ive found since ive been down here 2 years. so screw takin the drive to camden or philly when its here.......CMD way too hot .........plus even in philly got stopped one time few minutes after gettin off bridge because my car is damaged from an accident i got in when i rear ended someone while back , (havent had cash to fix it) so they stopped me for that plus said i failed to yield.......weird thing is it was a stop sign . but the failure to yield is 120 bucks. anyway was about to go to philly today cuz i can get some nice deals from my dude up there but forget that hour long ride . this Best Seller down here is about as good as Absolute, and thats rare to find near a.c. almost always garbage down here................So all fiends in cmd must be hittin up bugsy huh ? last time i was there it was chucky and it was so hot but they were still servin rite around corner from 5-0
after my boy got hit up in philly in badlands (at absolute spot) , he had just copped 3 buns, im scared to keep goin up there.............plus if you figure in gas and tolls comin from a.c. it aint even worth it unless therres nothin decent here plud even on days i just have a little methadone im good with that..............

wow. in texas you would have had to do the 3. nj law is crazy.

yea nj gives dopefiends breaks. but i still did prison time twice so it aint like i didnt pay for it

My friend got locked up in Texas. He says it's absolute crazy down there. You got county jails and state prison, but then you got something called Regional Jails, which is like a prison for an area I'm guessing. They had him locked up for a long time for some crazy shit. I think they literally found a crumb of coke on his floor in his car and they tested it and it was a positive (turned the kit blue) but that was all the evidence they had on him. They literally put the whole crumb of coke into the kit and that was it, nothing else. Then they tried charging him with missing court since he was out of state (ex-military or something). They wanted to give him like 11 years. I think he did like 8 months until he was extradited to his state for a violation. Ridiculous.
 
Virginia isnt fun to be locked up in either..............anyone know if PA has a drug court like jersey ? my boy from Nj got caught up in philly with 3 buns and doesnt know what he is facing. i told him in Nj he could get drug court.......
