Calling anyone with experience in istanbul

Hi all I'm brand new here and still trying to figure this site out. If I'm posting in the wrong place I do apologise- feel free to correct me

SWIM (let's say a friend of mine) is currently in Istanbul and looking to score some good stuff. The key here is high quality and clean. Good bud, good coke or some clean uppers would be ideal. This friend of mine, unfortunately, has no idea where to look. His Turkish is very limited and he's unfamiliar with the districts and areas over here. If you could help a brother out with some general vicinities to look into that would be great. Peace.
