California legislation would ban raves at publicly owned venues

according to the article, any nocturnal event that plays pre-recorded music and lasts longer than 210 minutes would qualify as a rave.

The Dodgers, Giants, Angels, Padres and As must take care not to go into extra innings. No night-game overtimes for the Raiders, Niners and Chargers (though I wouldn't mind it if that stupid Zombie Nation song disappears for eternity)
