If someone took more than your average doses of pharmaceutical amphetamine (dexamphetamine) overnight 2 nights in a row, had a short sleep and woke up with a cramped calf muscle that hasn't gone away after 5 days, what would be the cause if nothing has been physically done to strain it? Thanks!

Poor hydration, electrolyte imbalance, sleeping on it improperly are all explanations.

Thats what I thought at first (mainly poor hydration) but lasting nearly more than a week? Any thoughts on a remedy? Thanks for the reply!

you could easily have injured it and not felt it much until you came down? amphetamines make me feel kind of numb. :\

They act as good painkiller for sure! I got hot by a minivan going 45mph two months ago and thrown mid air 30 ft, I didn't feel the impact or lose consciousness and I was completely lucid, however once laying on pavement with my shoes scattered on the road and my backpack, my whole waist down was numb it hurt like FUCK never before felt that way I didn't even know if I died or not until someone comforted me. All hospital staff and fire chief, EMTs didn't understand why I was so lucid and didn't even lose consciousness or go in shock ( I really believe the adderall releasing adrenaline like chemicals and methadone potent pain killing effects made me handle the accident very well however can't imagine the pain not on them. Shattered femur, broke tibia and tibia. Hips...

To this day it hurts a lot to walk with my walker, but on adderall I can walk but gotta jump my good leg and land my bad one but in a gentle way to get a couple feet

Ouch..so who's fault was it? If it wasn't you, did you get a lot of money out of it?
