Is it safe to slowly add a very small amount of powder until the scale goes from .1 to .2g? Then I can assume it's likely 150mg-250mg which is safe, right? Or are 0.1g scales off sometimes by an amount that would make using them for caffeine dangerous?
I'm talking about pure caffeine, yes, not pills.
also... for someone with a moderate(well shit.. pretty high, I can drink 2 monster energy shots and not have the effects) tolerance what's the max dose I should use for 2-3x a week use that won't fuck up my heart. No want die young
