Misc Caffeine as a reversible MAO-B inhibitor for PEA?

I have ordered some PEA(phenylethylamine) online but i do not have any potent MAO-B inhibitors. I have read that caffeine is a weak MAO-B inhibitor with a Ki value of 3.83mM.


Is it enough to substantially reduce first pass metabolism of PEA?

And what dose should i think of? 1 cup of coffee with 500mg PEA? Any experience on this combo?
