Thanx to any suggestions

What the fuck?

Anyway, I'd just print up a lot of business cards/flyers and go to many businesses asking if you cn leave a stack at their front desk for their customers. Getting work through a bigger company would probably not work as they'd prob need a license, so I'd stick with smaller businesses most def, BUT if you tell them you took the course some businesses will train you and get you your license if you sign a contract agreeing to work for them, so I'd definitely check that out

^ Last sentence.

See if you can get hired doing small-time work for a company (it might even be silly-small-time work) which will sponsor you as you attempt to get certification(s). You can probably even get some of them online. In any case, I wouldn't try campaigning on your own -- you won't get a lot of trust from people.
