i went.
for the second year in a row circumstances conspired to keep me from meeting up with anybody at the love parade itself but i did go see the crystal method on friday night where i caught up with mariposa420 and i got to meet gentlemanloser who was supercool.
on saturday afternoon, at the end of the parade i made my way to the civic center. there were about 12 sound-systems set up and most of the music was not to my taste. however, my friends at tantra were playing the most delicious psytrance and i stayed there until it ended at 9:00pm.
then i went to the tantra afterparty where, if poossible, the music got even better. stayed there until 6:00am then popped by mighty to see what was going on. not much. so i ended up at the end up (of course) where i drank beer by the fountain and hung out until the late afternoon. perfect.
