yay! I can't wait. and I have a 3 day weekend! I have no idea what I'm going to wear, but maybe I'll post before I leave tommorrow.
 
Ill be there in a Green Shirt with a Yellow Undershirt, Black UFO pants, maybe a bit of candy. Buttahfly what are you dressing in again? ill find u at the hardcore stage :)
 
I'll have a black hat, prob a black longsleeve shirt, couple of wrist bands, and I'll be dancing with my glowsticks right near the bridge to beacon you all. Prob not on it, but right next to it. The sticks will be blue or white...

I feel special since I know what at least four of you look like too :p :D

If nothing else, just yell out bluelight and we'll find each other.

Just got back from one hell of a party. I spent most of my time between the trance and DnB hangers. In the earlier evening (9-11 or so) I wasn't too impressed with either room, but once Rabbit got started things got much more exciting. I spent about 40 minutes with Oakenfold, just because I had never seen him before - wanted to give him a chance. He was really good at times, but I wasn't really blown away.

Goldie was overall pretty good, Dieselboy definitely made a huge impression on the crowd when he got going and as for Andy...well he simply blew me away. There was some sort of car accident and he was late for his set (supposed to start at ~1230 I believe and he got there ~30 minutes before 2am) but when he arrived he tore shit up. He was supposed to stop spinning at 2, but when the lights got turned on noone moved at all and he just kept going for about another half hour. Its difficult to put into words but for me...it was absolute bliss. I thought EDC was good, but this was simply masterful. I don't claim to know a whole hell of a lot about DnB but I know I have never had so much fun (or such an incredible rush) from dancing before.

I only had a few joints with friends but I was felt like I was rolling hard both with Oakenfold and Andy C.

I'll be the first to say that this years Nocturnal was most definitely a worthy event.
 
While I was there, the jungle room was sick! I only got to see Hazen, RAW, Tech Itch (who fuckin' rocked!), and some of Total Science, but I had to bail out around 10:30--I was abnormally tired. As I read above, the jungle room was taken to another level after I left, which sucks for me.

I don't know if it was just me but there seemed to be no real vibe at the party, good or bad. Last night, I realized that all the things I used to like about big raves (young girls dressed in hot whorish outfits) just doesn't do it for me anymore. I felt like I was at a party with all my little sister's friends, who all happened to be wearing their hottest slut outfit with the matching back tatoo.

I think last night was my last massive. From now on when I go out, I think I will stick to the 21+ jungle parties.
 
I met up with some BL ppl a couple times, but I was in a wandering mood so I just kept moving around the whole night. The music was pretty average I thought, with no one impressing me. RiTM was kinda boring, as well as most of the music in the trance room, and even though the DnB was hitting I was bummed cause Craze didn't show up and I still remembered how much better Bassrush was at EDC (as well as NW 03).

The hiphop stage was pretty insane though, they had some serious skill up in there. I actually just spent most of the night with my friend trading popping and tutting moves.

It was an average party IMHO. There were a shitload of people though 8o Definatly one of the bigger turnouts I've seen in a while.
 
Hey elliot, it was good to see ya, even though we didnt get to hang out too long. I was in the strolling mood too, and was running around quite a bit with my newbies - I dont even remember where we split up after I saw you?... lol

All others - Damn! I missed most of you... There was just so much to do in so little of time. I hate parties that end at 2. Kande - I went to the hardcore stage for a bit, specially when Sonik was on, but i wasnt too sure of who you might have been... i had an idea.. but I hate when I do that to the wrong people, :) Next time for sure though.

The DNB room rocked this year. The MC's were off the hook. The trance room was utterly boring. Oakenfolds set = blah, RITM = alright, everything else = :(

UBERZONE was my favorite set of the night, that guy is off the hook, I was into it so much. Skill
 
I dont know about yall but I felt very unsafe as far as pickpocketers go an shit. My homie got his wallet stolen by some little candy kid that gave him a massage and next thing he knows his wallet is gone. Little punk ass bitch. Met alot of cool people there, wasn't impressed by any of the talent really. It was definately a party, not a rave, but a party for sure.
