The music was what I had expected and the beats kept getting fatter. I missed Vlady but I cought the tale end of Frank E's set as we were putting up the tent. I was a little dissapointed with Qburns, I thought his mixing was top notch and his set was practically flawless but maybe he just wasnt playing my taste. Justin hale was a nice touch, good house set with some hip hop remixes, (he got me feet movin) then Lando came on and the House began! He had an awesome set I thought, though I never heard the rattle snake in the beginning, his mixing was good and track selection was my favorite so far. After that it never stopped, then Joplin came on, and what can I say?? it's Joplin she just plain rocks it! I heard a little slip in the beggining but recovered nicely! as she grabbed the decks the sun started to really shine as did her set. Drue came on after Jop, after 6 hours of dancing and a bottle of Jack Daniels I was a little tired so i enjoyed the rest of Drue's set in the tent getting some zz's for the long drive ahead. Drues set was very soothing and a perfect way to end a perfect night or should I say morning
Overall it was a very pleasent party as well, people were very friendly and even gave out muffins in the morning which was a pleasant surprise, thank you, whoever you are. As far as trash goes, we brought 2 trash bags and made sure we picked up all of our trash except for me
I'm the dumbass that left the empty JD bottle next to the speaker. So as my punishment, whoever picked it up I owe them a bottle the next party.
Laura and Dom I'm glad you guys made it. I had a blast! Hit me up when you get those pictures developed. It was worth the drive from Vegas and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thanks again Mack and JOI crew
