Ok so i parachuted 100mg of pure MDMA crystals and i started feeling effects 5 mins after, about
10 minutes after taking them i ate a sandwhich and my high just went away all the sudden.
What happened?

It's usually a good idea not to eat around two hours of dropping. Before or after.
Although I've never heard of the effects going so suddenly.
How often do you roll and when was the last time you did?

If you started feeling it in 5 minutes, it was probably just placebo and when you ate you forgot about it, and it went away because it was nothing

Sounds like you had a little bit then it went away when you had a sandwich because you thought it might kill the roll. Relax, it might hit a little slower now but it should still breakdown and make you roll if it's real :D

Its impossible that you felt the MDMA 5 mins after injesting it, thats placebo.... it takes 20 minutes mini!mum to start to feel a MDMA parachute... and no eating will not kill your buzz
