Buying Weed Online?

Fairly sure this must have popped up before .. and having looked through the forums I couldn't find the information I wanted. I was just browsing research chems and then I came across suppliers selling weed, at first I thought it must be seeds but it seems as if theyre genuinely offering bud here?

Can someone enlighten me whether this will be a most certain scam or whether people actually do this. Its not just one or two suppliers theres tons. I know that you can ship weed and I know people who have done so across europe successfully but thats between friends. Has anyone specifically in europe done this and bought weed over the internet?

Probably a scam they have customs for a reason. Other then that I think this is against the rules is it not?
