Yes you are at risk.. obviously alot of them could be scams.. some legit.. It's against the rules to discuss specific vendors though.

+ You might wanna change the SWIMs to Me / I. It doesn't protect you from anything (there's no crime in what you are doing in the first place) and it's discouraged to the point people wont read your thread.

It will depend on the vendor in question. Do some research (not here) and see what you can come up with. Google is a good start.

Iv done plenty of research but there only so much u can go on without talking to someone else that has undergone such transactions.
 
Research the company in question. There are sites out there where you can pull up info about the services these kinds of places offer.

You're not sure about them even after that, go with your gut feeling. If you do decide to go through with it, make a small purchase first and start a relationship.

Sites that contain other peoples experiences and such? Was googling manys a hour looking for such things but didnt stumble across anything atall informative.
 
Linking to other sites is generally forbidden but there is a great site to read other peoples experiences and verify if companies are a safe or scam hint hint
