Butrans 20 mcg first try for recreational use HUH?

I take opiates sometimes. I came across a butrans 20 mcg patch and I've read some stuff about it and i'm pretty confused. there's a ton of info about it but not very specific to recreational first time use. I don't know if using the whole patch at once is the best idea so I have a quarter or so of one on. is it going to have any effect? should I use the whole thing at once? will I feel something soon or does it take a certain number of days to have any effect?

im going through a ten year relationship break up. leaving the state I have lived my whole life in and my anxiety is awful and it throws everything off. I'm just trying to get some relief, also, I have pain in my neck and a history of cancer. I don't feel good.

I haven't posted or been around on BL for quite a while, but I've missed it and missed some of you guys. hoping you could help me out with understanding what this is and how to use it and such.

I am using it mostly for pain but don't know if that's recreational or not. I take kratom daily. this has no naloxone so I'm assuming it doesn't interfere.

Hey there! Sorry to hear about the pain and love issues, keep your eyes on the horizon

I'm not sure if it will be particularly recreational transdermally, especially at a dose of just 20ug/hour.. in my experience I needed to sniff at least 0.5mg (500ug) to feel anything [when chasing a buzz, for pain relief probably need less].

And should note that even though it's not naloxone, bupe can still block the effects of other opiates, partially why it's used for heroin cessation.. kratom's a funny one so not sure if it'd block the effects entirely, but something to keep in mind.
