Opioids Butorphanol Dosage and Info needed

Hey guys, I would first like to say this is a great site here.
Now, I have obtained some 10 mg Butorphanol, and have scoured the web for hours looking for any reliable information. I've gone through thread after thread, still finding no good dosage advice or description of the high. I know that it's an antagonist at high doses, but I'm not worried because I haven't done an opiate in a few months or more. I have little to no tolerance.
So how much of this should I take to get a buzz at least resembling morphine or hydrocodone? Or did I luck out on this one

I'm guessing you will be shooting it up? This source says 2mg IV is approximately equivalent to 10mg morphine sulfate IV. It is given in terms of respiratory depression instead of sedation or analgesia, but I'm guessing its all inter-related. Read it for yourself.

No, I will either be taking them orally or intranasally. I took 10 mg orally about 20 minutes ago, feeling moderately relaxed and euphoric, I want to take more but I don't want to take too much more on account of its k receptor agonism. Anyone have any experiences with safe doses on this? Safe doses without the dissociative properties coming out?

^^IV opioids aren't exactly safe for someone who doesn't know exactly what they are doing, particularly shooting up pills!

No not generally, but its safer than saying oh ill just go for the middle bioavailability and it'll turn out ok. Then it turns out you took twice the amount you wanted. Or potentially half. I wouldn't shoot them up, but I wouldn't have bought pills with a such a high range of oral bioavailability either. Expecting to take them that way I mean. Even if I went through the trouble of converting it for oral consumption for him, the best I could do is something like well you might need 1 pill or you might need 4. It says you can give another IV shot no less than 30mins after the first if necessary, so god only knows how long it would take him to titrate his dose orally. If he even could.

I've shot up H on rare occasions. I know how to shoot, just don't know the process of converting pills into shootable form. Thanks for the advice, but I'm not particularly new to shooting up.

I'm not new to IVing. I too like precision. So, please explain the procedure to turning this pill into an inject-able solution, some like me prefer more precise pain killing ha.

This is Stadol, it 99% of the time comes as a spray you shoot up your nose, so of course no big deal with snorting it. I have some here, sometimes I stop taking suboxone cause it gives me migraines for a couple days and take 4 shots, 2 in each nostrils. Don't take too much, if you ever took too much Demerol or Talwin you'll see that it brings you somewhere really bizarre akin to pcp in my view, low dose of pcp of course. It works really damn well for migraines too, it + relpax = goodbye migraine.
