Butalbital recreational dose?

My benzo tolerance (and my brain) is fucked after taking 320mg Diazepam equivalent of flbLAM, you can read it here
Benzos and barbs don't have cross-tolerance, so I'm gonna use butalbital
I heard the recreational dose of butalbital is 250mg, yet some people claim it's 500mg and 1000mg etc.
Anyone know the real answer?
 
I used to take Fioricet which was Butalbital/ Caffeine / Acetaminophen (50/40/325). I had no tolerance to Barbiturates, a little to Benzos. A good starter dose I took was 5 pills, 250mg of Butalbital. I don't know much about it but that made me feel pretty amazing, I then started taking maybe around 8 pills, 400mg of Butalbital. It was very well comparable to a benzo like, I say 50-80mg of Valium. With no tolerance I would recommend the same dose I took, anywhere from 250mg - 400 mg.

Btw, dude that's fucking insane to take 4mg of flbLAM! I'll read it soon.
 
If you start out taking five tablets, remember you're also consuming 1,625 mg of acetaminophen at one sitting. It's not recommended to exceed 3,000 mg per day, it used to be 4,000 mg but many people were experiencing liver damage from overuse. If you really are set on taking more try a cold water extraction to remove the acetaminophen but I'm not sure how this works with butalbital.
