I've been reading on here about butalbital which if I understand right is a barbiturates. I read somewhere on here that butalbital Inhibits the function of calcium ion channels. I have really bad hypothyroidism. When it was discovered my tsh level was 140. I recently stopped talking my thyroid medicine because of no insurance for 6 months but I started taking it again recently thank God. Anybody know anything about butalbital and the inhibition of calcium ion channel functions and hypothyroidism and how they all mix together. That and I was prescribed Neurontin for restless leg syndrome. That calcium and potassium have something to do with muscle tension and relaxation. Anyway I've been curious about for the longest time how they all effect one another.
