Misc butalbital and alcohol

Hey guys, this is my first post and I know this may have been covered but I'm freaking myself out a bit. I took 4 fioricet that a friend gave me, but stupidly in the moment I did not find out how much butalbital was in the pills. From what I gather from images online I took anywhere from 45 mg's to 200 mg's. Well I took about 4-5 shots of 80 proof rum and I read online this is a potentially deadly combination. After reading that I noticed I had a bit of shortness of breath. I was just hoping for a bit of peace of mind or advice if I have royally fucked up. Thanks.

Take it easy. Four fioricet is 160 mg butalbital. Mixing that amt with 6-8 oz alcohol will most likely make you sick and/or give you a nasty hangover. Panic makes many people hyperventilate - that feels like shortness of breath. Find something to distract you - movie, book, friend, etc. Take deep, slow breaths, keep the faith, and keep us posted.
