Harm Reduction burning feeling

Hi!!
Have you ever felt like your head is burning inside? This happened to me after snoring 3-cmc, but I'm not sure if it was clean. Suddenly I've got really horrible fever and headache. My sister gave me cold towel, and it helped after one hour. Maybe 30 minutes before that headache, I had hallucinations (first time in my life). After that night I stared having hallucinations even when I was sober. Luckily, it stopped. Do you have any ideas what could it was?

I've definitely experienced that burning sensation too! It can be so unsettling, especially when you're not sure what's causing it. I found adjusting my hydration and trying breathing exercises really helped me. It's interesting how everyone's body reacts differently - hearing your stories gives perspective on it all!
