A question based on some subjective observations from my times with these substances:

#1. Methylphenidate plus Rhodiola rosea (an herb proven to have MAO-I properties) gives noticeable boost in MPH effects
#2. Plugging buproprion XR 150-400 mg at a time is a tedious process involving bad CWE that result in shitting out most of the active ingredient before it gets to your blood stream. BUT IT DOES EVOKE a phsysiological response, something on par with like 5 mg MPH ingested, plus a cuppa coffee.

Hence THE QUESTION: With Methylphenidate in the picture, I wonder if there is possible SYNERGY or some kind of ANTAGONISM/etc. Will the combined efforts of two DRI drugs work for or against a euphoric profile of dopamine?

Please I ask those who've experienced these before. I've read a lot of back logs on this site and theyre full of hemming and hawing assertions and claims. Just wondering for anyone to share their personal experiences. Thanks for reading.

I have a lot of experience with NDRI's (bupropion, methylphenidate) and NDRA's ( amphetamine, dexamphetamine, ect..)

I used to use amphetamines and methylphenidate quite often for the nice euphoric feeling. When I began taking bupropion (450mg xr) the effects of amps and methylphenidate were substantially lessoned. I was surprised about the outcome.

I did some research on this and found many contradicting results. Some sources state that there may be synergistic effects. Other sources say the effects of other NDRI's and NDRA's with bupropion are lessoned.

For me the effects of stims were blunted when I was taking bupropion.
