I had two seizures from tramadol, but—curiously enough—never from bupropion. The tramadol seizuees were actually pretty stupid on my part, because I had just quit benzodiazepines cold turkey after taking them for a few months, and I didn't know that tramadol lowers the seizure threshold.
Yeah, please don't abuse this drug; it works quite well as an oral antidepressant, and it’s not worth wrecking your nose or veins for a five-minute high. I think a lot of us who have abused it did so out of curiosity and a lack of money or access to better stimulants. Where I live, you can't find Ritalin on the street and coke is more expensive, but I can buy bupropion at drugstores without a prescription for under $10.
I was lucky not to have a seizure from tramadol -- actually thanks to BL I was pretty well informed of the (400mg) if I recall seizure threshold. Luckier with comin off benzos probably.
Id like to think that it was all in my hands and I "Harm reduced" well but who knows
