I was recently using Wellbutrin for a period of three weeks when i stopped taking other stimulants such as MDPV. I have been off for 4 weeks. How does bupropion affect a DARI/NARI such as MDPV? Does it reduce or increse the effects? And how about the once inducing serotonin such as Methylone?

And since it's inhibiating CYP2D6 and blocking the effects of other drugs meabolized there such as tramadol and codein, will that be the same for all drugs metabolized in CYP2D6?

Will it be best to stop taking this if i was going to take MDPV again?
My doctor gave them to me a long time ago, so i'm not using them on her terms anymore, just because i still have them.

quite honestly IME it does not negate the effects of stimulants, but I'm pretty sure there is a cross tolerance... I'll try and find a source:

Here is one, though It's not coming from any official site so it's not completely reliable. I have noticed cross tolerance with myself however between Dextroamphetamine and bupropion. Without bupropion, I could get a nice smooth buzz off of only 10mg of D-amp. While taking bupropion I need 30mg rectally administered to get desired effects (concentration, motivation, mild euphoria etc...)

If you look at the chemical structure you will see that wellbutrin is actually a cathinone, as is methylone, it's just a tertiary-butyl cathinone. Anyway, from every day use I would think it may jack up your tolerance, but if you're using both at the same time you may get a combination effect. However the serotonin component of the methylone use won't be disturbed.
