Bupe Buprenorphine vs Methadone

Hi everyone so I have a 2 mg buprenorphine tablet and i was wondering if 1 mg is enough (or too much) to get the same effect of 10/15 mg of methadone. and also is the nasal roa any good? or should i stick to sublingual?

1mg is enough. you could probably even do .5 and it would feel the same if not better than 1mg. however bupe is only a partial agonist and not a full agonist so don't expect to be whacked, noddin itchin etc.. Just raises your mood and you feel a lil buzz
